Beta-Galactosidase, better known as "lactase" is an enzyme that allows the digestion of lactose, the sugar contained in milk. Therefore, Beta-Galactosidase improves the digestion of lactose in subjects who digest it poorly. Alpha-Galactosidase promotes the absorption of complex carbohydrates from food by reducing fermentation processes and counteracting the formation of gas. Recommended dose 1-2 tablets at the beginning of main meals or, in any case, when taking foods containing lactose or non-digestible carbohydrates.
