Food supplement of zinc, copper, iron, vitamins H, E and B3 with sulfur amino acids and plant extracts of chaste tree, bamboo and rutin indicated to provide an additional contribution of these nutrients in case of deficiencies or increased needs. Ilbambù can promote the well-being of nails and hair; biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair; niacin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin; vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; iron contributes to the normal transport of oxygen in the body.

Ingrediants
Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L., fructus) dry extract 0.5% in agnuside; L-cystine; maltodextrin; microencapsulated iron fumarate; L-cysteine hydrochloride; L-methionine; bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris S., young stem) dry extract 70% in silicon; rutin (from Sophora japonica L., floribus) 95% dry extract; microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium stearate; vitamin E acetate (DL-Tocopheryl-acetate); niacin; zinc sulfatomonohydrate; copper gluconate; biotin; filming agents: talc, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, food shellac, color E171.

How to use
1 or 2 tablets a day, as needed, to be taken preferably away from meals; to swallow without chewing or breaking.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
