- The algae of Alg-Essences are fished off the coast of Brittany. They consist of fucus, ascophyllum and laminaria.
- The 100% organic essential oils of rosemary, sage and thyme activate blood circulation, those of eucalyptus globulus, lavender and pine strengthen immunity.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the seaweed bag under the tap and run the hot water for a few moments. Fill the bathtub to 37 °. When the bathtub is almost full, add the contents of the bottle of essential oils.
Massage your body with the pouch, emphasizing the joints, the cellulite regions.
Get in the habit of taking Alg-Essences treatments, in spring and autumn, at the rate of 3 baths a week.
Precaution : Seaweed baths are not recommended in case of hyperthyroidism and iodine allergy.
