to integrate a diet lacking in calcium and vitamin D, while providing an adequate supplement of potassium and magnesium.
Both calcium, potassium and magnesium are in alkaline form (citrate), in order to allow a correct acid-base balance.
Dosage and method of use:
- bottle A: unless otherwise indicated by the doctor, it is suggested to take 1 tablet per day, on an empty stomach, to promote calcium absorption. Take the tablet whole with a little water.
- Bottle B: unless otherwise indicated by the doctor, it is suggested to take 1 tablet every evening to favor a more adequate contrast of metabolic acidosis, usually higher at night. Take the tablet whole with a little water.
