Aloe vera juice has anti-inflammatory activity, useful in case of ulcer and irritable colon, promotes digestion, decreasing the sense of fullness and nausea, which are the main dyspeptic symptoms, has antibacterial activity (helps intestinal bacterial flora), is hypoglycemic , normalizes cholesterol and consequently reduces the risk of atherosclerotic plaque formation.
