Components

Amico Nail Solution contains Urea among the ingredients. Climbazole. Piroctone Olamine and Tea Tree Oil.

Climbazole has antifungal activity, which is mainly expressed through the inhibition of ergosterol, one of the main components of the cell membrane of fungi. Piroctone Olamine is an antifungal, active for example against Trichophyton Rubrum, capable of blocking the mitochondrial activity of fungal cells. Tea Tree Oil is extracted from the Melaleuca alternifolia plant. Thanks to its high content of terpenes, highly lipophilic molecules, Tea tree oil can damage the cell membranes of bacteria, causing the release of ions and nucleic acids. It also interferes in the LPS-induced synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines and prostaglandins. It can also alter the permeability of the cell and mitochondrial membranes of fungal cells. Urea is known for its moisturizing properties. It is also able to soften the superficial layers of skin and nails. favoring the penetration of other active ingredients.

How to use

Apply the lotion to the nail to be treated, previously clean and dry, using the special brush, extending the application to the peri-nail skin. Leave to dry for at least 5 minutes. Repeat the operation every evening or at least twice a week.
