Food supplement, formulated in practical tablets, which can help to regain calm and serenity in particular situations such as stress, states of agitation and nervousness.
Contains magnesium and vitamin B6 that help maintain regular psychological function, taurine and L-theanine, griffonia and hawthorn extracts that help to regain a state of relaxation and mental well-being.
It does not contain gluten.
Ingrediants
Magnesium (glycerophosphate, carbonate); hawthorn (Crataegus ox. L.et/aut C. monogyna J.) leaves and flowers dry extract titrated at 1.5% in vitexin 2-rhamnoside and hyperoside; L-theanine; taurine; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) dry extract seeds titrated at 95% in 5-hydroxytryptophanum (5-HTP); pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).
How to use
We recommend taking 2-4 tablets a day, 1-2 tablets in the morning and 1-2 tablets in the evening, with a little water.
