Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, valerian and chamomile.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (equal to 1 tablet) just before bedtime. Valerian promotes relaxation and sleep in case of stress. Chamomile promotes relaxation and mental well-being.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) fiorie.s. tit. 1.2% in apigenin (chamomile, maltodextrin), valerian (Valeriana officinalisL.) root dry extract tit. 0.3% in total sesquiterpenic acids as valerenic acid (valerian, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide; melatonin.
No added sugar and naturally lactose free.

How to use
Take 1 tablet a day, to be swallowed with water, preferably in the evening 30/60 minutes before going to bed.
