Protein-free cracker with 13.8% extra virgin olive oil.
The cracker is characterized by: low content of proteins, sodium, phosphorus and potassium which make it suitable for the dietary management of renal insufficiency (nephropathy); low content of tyrosine and phenylalanine which makes it suitable for the dietary management of metabolic aminoacidopathies (phenylketonuria, tyrosinemia); low protein content which makes it suitable for the dietary management of Parkinson's disease.

Ingredients
Corn starch, extra virgin olive oil (13.8%), pea vegetable fibre, pasteurized eggs , glucose syrup, maltodextrin, modified tapioca starch; thickener: guar gum; aroma; leavening agents: ammonium carbonates, disodium carbonates; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt.
The product may contain traces of milk and soy .
