Medical device CE class III sterilized by gamma rays.
Sterile dressing for surgical wounds, lacerated contused wounds and abrasions, containing silver ions with antimicrobial activity.
The dressing consists of 3 layers:
- the internal pad, to be placed in direct contact with the suture line, is made of non-woven fabric containing Hydrofiber® Technology. Thanks to its peculiar texture, the Hydrofiber® pad micro-conforms to the suture line, providing adequate comfort to the patient. Furthermore, in the presence of exudate, the internal pad gels, absorbs and retains the exudate produced, always maintaining the optimal environment necessary for the tissue repair process. The presence of silver ions guarantees a high broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity.
- The hydrocolloid component in double lamina, which contains the Hydrofiber® pad, allows for sustained adhesion to the periwound skin while also guaranteeing the flexibility necessary to minimize the risk of dislocation or detachment of the dressing during movement.
- The external covering layer, made up of a polyurethane film, protects the wound from contamination and allows the management of the transmission of water vapor deriving from the absorbed exudate.

How to use
It is to be used as a primary dressing. Choose the appropriate size, such that the central absorbent pad always covers the entire suture line. Apply carefully, ensuring complete adhesion of the dressing to the skin. The dressing must be removed when clinically indicated or in the presence of abundant unmanaged exudate, bleeding, clinical signs of infection, and in any case no later than 7 days after the first application.

Chemical-physical composition
Sterile dressing composed of hydrocolloid sheets and polyurethane film with central absorbent pad based on non-woven fibers of sodium carboxymethylcellulose (Hydrofiber® Technology) and ionic silver (1.2%) containing elastane and nylon.
