Askina® Heel is an anatomically shaped, two-layer, non-adherent foam dressing that includes a foam safety strap and two self-adhesive hooks that allow the dressing to remain in place even during movement. The Askina® Heel dressing is also available as Askina® Heel XL, with 33% more surface area.

Askina® Heel is contraindicated for: ulcers resulting from infections, such as tuberculosis, syphilis, deep fungal infections, 2nd or 3rd degree bites and burns. Lesions showing clinical signs of infection (temperature, pus, inflammatory signs) should be treated under medical supervision. Do not use if package is damaged or opened.Indication
Management of moderately to heavily exuding lesions or partial to full thickness lesions on the heel: stage I-IV pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical incisions, 1st and 2nd degree burns.
