Niacin and vitamins B1, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function, pantothenic acid contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters, contributes to normal mental performance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin B1 contributes to normal cardiac function, vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, vitamin B12 intervenes in the cell division process, contributes to normal energy metabolism and together with folic acid it contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.
