DRESSING
Characteristics:
dressing based on hydrophilic polyurethane foam with vertical alveolar structure that creates the ideal moist environment for the wound healing process, avoiding skin maceration and the release of exudate even under compression.
Thanks to the soft and soft adherent layer (Soft-Hold layer) in contact with the lesion, it ensures an extra aid in dressing changes, a reduction in trauma and pain when dressing changes and removal, combined with excellent exudate management.
The Soft-Hold layer is a sticky layer made up mostly of paraffin, made up of soft rings less than 1mm thick. The Soft-Hold layer covers less than 50% of the foam, thus ensuring optimal absorption of exudate.
