Excipients
- Excipients contained in solution: sucrose, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, dehydroacetic acid (sodium salt), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (disodium salt), fluid extract of artichoke, fluid extract of bitter orange, purified water. - Excipients contained in the tank cap: mannitol, sucrose.
Therapeutic indications
Adjuvant in the therapy of toxinfectious states, sequelae of hepatitis and hepatic functional deficit. Hypodisvitaminosis during therapy with antibiotics, chemotherapy and anticancer drugs. Anemic syndromes secondary to vitamin B12 and folic acid deficiency also during pregnancy, puerperium and breastfeeding. Convalescences. In pediatrics it can be used in anemic states, especially if accompanied by anorexia and insufficient growth.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity 'individual ascertained to one or more' components.
Dosage
- Posology Adults: one or two vials per day, according to the doctor's judgment. Children: proportionally reduced doses, in the opinion of the doctor. - Instructions for use Remove the locking ring and press on the upper piston causing the contents of the tank cap to fall into the solution below. Shake for a few minutes until the powder dissolves. The contents of the vial can thus be swallowed as such or diluted again, as desired, with water or other liquids.
Warnings and Precautions
There is no risk of addiction, dependence or anything else. Although this product contains cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) it cannot replace cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) administered parenterally in the treatment of pernicious anemia. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

Side effects
The preparation has shown a very good tolerability both on a gastrointestinal and general level. No noteworthy side effects have been reported. The possibility of gastric intolerance is very rare.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Use during pregnancy and lactation is a precise indication of the preparation.
