Creatine monohydrate, isomalt, sweetener (sucrose; artificial sweeteners: sodium cyclamate, acesulfame K), L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, anhydrous citric acid, potassium citrate, natural orange flavor, magnesium citrate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), ferrous fumarate , zinc sulphate monohydrate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet a day to dissolve in a large glass of water, mixing well and drinking immediately.
