BIOKCIT is a food supplement based on potassium citrate capable of providing this mineral in all cases of deficiency or increased need.

This alkalizing action helps to neutralize lactic acid in the muscles and to allow it to flow out more easily through the blood stream. This reduces the risk of cramps and muscle soreness.

The alkaline nature of BIOKCIT also makes it useful to supplement a diet low in alkaline values (fruit and vegetables) or to compensate for a diet with a high intake of animal proteins or fats which would cause an excessive acid load for the body.
