Inulin from Chicory, Glucomannan extracted from the tuber of (Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch.), Sweetener: xylitol powder, cocoa mass, Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum BLUME. Bark) powder.

How to use

It is recommended to chew 2 tablets (1 gram of glucomannan) three times a day before meals, with 2 glasses of water, as part of a low-calorie diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings

There may be a choking hazard for people with swallowing difficulties or if swallowed without adequate fluid intake. In order for the tablets to reach the stomach, they should always be taken with plenty of water. Glucomannan can reduce the absorption of concomitantly administered drugs.
