Bromhexine does not affect the ability to drive and alertness when using machines.

How to take Bisolvon linctus mucolytic syrup
The intake varies according to the patient, i.e. the dose is different for adult and child, let's see in detail:
- Adults : 5-10 ml 3 times a day
In adults, at the start of treatment, it may be necessary to increase the total daily dose up to 48mg divided into three times. - Children over 2 years of age: 2.5-5ml 3 times a day
It is recommended to take the drug after meals.

Bisolvon Linctus Syrup can be administered to diabetics and children over 2 years of age. It does not contain fructose or sucrose. Bromhexine hydrochloride does not affect the ability to drive and alertness when using machines. Furthermore, it has been shown that bromhexine increases the amount of serous bronchial secretions and improves the transport of mucus by reducing its viscosity; therefore it facilitates expectoration and relieves cough. It is a synthetic derivative of a plant active ingredient called vasicin.
