Eye drops

Composition:

100 ml of solution contain: Active ingredient: Acetylcysteine g 5. For excipients see section 6.1.

Excipients

Dibasic sodium phosphate, benzalkonium chloride, polyvinylpyrrolidone, dithiothreitol, sodium edetate, sodium hydrate to taste at pH 6.5, sterile distilled water.

Therapeutic indications

Corneal ulcers, keratopathies of different etiology, corneal affections from impaired tear secretion.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the product.

Dosage

Instill 1-2 drops into the conjunctival sac 3-4 times a day, according to the doctor's opinion.

Warnings and Precautions

To be used under medical supervision. The sulphurous odor, unpleasant, which is felt when opening the bottle is typical of the active ingredient and does not indicate alterations to the preparation. Keep this medicine out of the reach of children. The use of the product is not foreseen in children except in the opinion of the doctor, in cases of absolute necessity.

Interactions

They are not known. In the opinion of the doctor, the eye drops can be used in combination with other eye drops containing antibiotics or other active substances.

Side effects

Transient reversible irritation.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

There are no known contraindications.
