Ingrediants
powder of: brahmi [bacopa monnieri (l.) pennell] herba; mandukparni (centella asiatical.) herba; licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra l.) radix; amalaki (phyllanthus emblica l.) fructus; stabilizer: gum arabic; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
2 tablets twice a day with water (add honey or sugar to taste) and then some warm milk. It is possible to increase the dose and set the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist advisor.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to seek medical advice.
