Compared to the classic cooked-roasted coffee, raw green coffee has a lower caffeine content, but this is not the only difference: in the first, caffeine is present in free form, in the second in chlorogenated form (i.e. caffeine associated with chlorogenic acid), a particularity that determines the different mode of duration and effect.

How to use
Raw green coffee is used in the same way as roasted coffee; obviously, using the whole seeds of arabica coffee, it is necessary to pulverize them with a mortar and use the proceeds by infusion; this, to be effective without impoverishing the drink, must take place at a temperature of 80°C for a time sufficient for nutritional diffusion.
