Food supplement of Coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance very common in nature. It is also present in the human body, mainly in the mitochondria.

In the human body, Q10 is found mainly in organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys. In a healthy organism, the necessary quantity of Q10 is guaranteed by the endogenous synthesis. With age and with the use of drugs such as statins, the content of Q10 in serum and tissues decreases. Coenzyme Q10 intervenes in the protection of cells thanks to its powerful antioxidant action, and improves the use of oxygen at the cellular level and in the production of energy by the mitochondria. In the skin it acts against peroxides which damage collagen and elastin, and thus prevents the loss of elasticity and the formation of wrinkles. Coenzyme Q10 also plays a valuable role in improving athletic performance as it helps reduce the sensation of fatigue and the risk of injury.

Ingrediants

Bulking agent: pregelatinised maize starch, coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone); Gelatin; Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, divided into two doses half an hour before meals.
