Avocado-based food supplement with antioxidant and restorative action, with zinc which contributes to normal fertility, the protection of cells from oxidative stress and with vitamin B6 which helps regulate hormonal activity. Folic acid, vitamin D and vitamin B12 intervene in the cell division process and in particular vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as normal psychological function.
