Very dry skin prone to atopic eczema is often lacking in comfort. They are characterized by an altered skin barrier with a greater likelihood of skin tightness and itching, sometimes intense. DEXYANE "Anti-scratching" emollient balm nourishes, restructures and soothes very dry, atopic-prone skin giving them greater comfort.

DEXYANE "corneotherapy" helps restore the altered skin barrier.

Nourishes and hydrates : the highly nourishing safflower oil promotes the reconstitution of the skin's protective hydro-lipid film, Hydroxydécine® relaunches the skin's physiological hydration by stimulating the synthesis of filaggrin *.
It soothes the sensations of discomfort thanks to the action of the B-glycyrrhetinic acid and reduces the urge to scratch.
Limits the adhesion of S. aureus and Malassezia thanks to Isoleucine.

Its innovative consistency «melting balm with an oily heart» associates + 50% of the hydra-nutritive phase with a sticky effect for faster application and distribution on the skin. Very dry skin regains elasticity and comfort.
