It is a homeopathic medicine useful in case of summer diarrhea, febrile diarrhea, dysentery, acute and chronic gastroenterocolitis of various etiologies, diarrheal syndromes associated with vomiting.

Composition

• Acidum phosphoricum: acute and chronic diarrhea accompanied by typhoid-type fever and drowsiness.
• Chamomilla: watery and greenish discharges after colds. Abdominal spasms.
• Colocynthis: dysenteric discharges accompanied by violent intestinal spasms.
• Ferrum phosphoricum: aqueous discharges associated with aerophagia. It is a remedy for anti-inflammatory and antipyretic activity.
• Mercurius sublimatus corrosivus: mucous and blood discharges. Intestinal colic and rectal tenesmus.
• Oleander: violent diarrheal discharges, intestinal colic, stool discharges with undigested food residues.
• Rhus toxicodendron: watery, mucous and haematic diarrheal discharges. Psychomotor restlessness or lightheadedness, complications from abdominal cooling.
• Veratrum album: vomiting and diarrhea associated with body hypothermia and a state of collapse. Summer diarrhea.

Acidum phosphoricum D 6, Chamomilla D 6, Colocynthis D 12, Ferrum phosphoricum D 8, Mercurius sublimatus corrosivus D 12, Veratrum album D 12.

Dosage

It is recommended to act in this way:

• In the case of acute ailments: the advice is to let 1-2 tablets dissolve under the tongue every ½-2 hours. Then when the symptoms disappear, reduce to 1-2 tablets 3 times a day.
• In the case of diarrhea accompanied by fever: 1 tablet every ¼-1 hour. When diarrhea or fever subsides, reduce to 1 tablet every 1-2 hours.

The advice is to continue a few days even after the total disappearance of the symptoms with 1-2 tablets 3 times a day.

• In the case of non-febrile diarrheal syndrome: 1-2 tablets every 1-3 hours.
• In the case of chronic diarrhea: 1-2 tablets 3 times a day for a rather long period of time.
