Agar-agar is a soluble fiber that is neither digested nor absorbed by the intestine; it normalizes the volume and consistency of the faeces favoring the regularity of intestinal transit.

Recommendations for use

We recommend taking 6 tablets one to four times a day at any time (6 to 24 tablets a day). Close carefully after use.
