How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet a day in the week preceding the menstrual cycle, preferably in the morning; it is recommended to take 2 sachets a day during the days of the cycle. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (about 200 ml). Mix well before drinking. Any residual unsolubilized powder inside the glass can be taken with the addition of a little water.
