Description
Cream-ointment with Pure Vitamin E and precious oils, with restorative, emollient, re-lipidizing, anti-itching and antioxidant properties. Also suitable for the intimate parts and delicate skin of the newborn.
Components
EDERM contains Pure Vitamin E and Vegetable Oils including Helianthus Annuus seed oil, Olive Oil, Trtiticum Vulgare germ oil, Tea Tree Oil, Jojoba Oil.
Characteristics
Vitamin E contributes to the skin repair process and modulates inflammation. Furthermore, thanks to its antioxidant function, it counteracts the harmful action of free radicals on the skin, slowing down cellular aging and the appearance of wrinkles and dry skin. Helianthus Annuus seed oil contains oleic acid and linoleic acid, improves skin hydration and by stimulating the proliferation of keratinocytes and lipid synthesis in the skin, it promotes the maintenance and repair of the skin barrier. Olive Oil contains fatty acids such as oleic acid, sterols, carotenoids and phenols. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory and restorative properties. Triticum Vulgare germ oil is known for its regenerative, eudermic and antioxidant properties. Tea Tree Oil is extracted from the Melaleuca alternifolia plant. Thanks to its high content of terpenes, highly lipophilic molecules, tea tree oil can damage the cell membranes of bacteria, causing the release of ions and nucleic acids. It also interferes in the LPS-induced synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines and prostaglandins. It can also alter the permeability of the cell and mitochondrial membranes of fungal cells. Jojoba Oil stimulates the activity of fibroblasts and keratinocytes by activating the p38, ERK1-2 and PI3K / AKT / mTOR pathways. It is also able to stimulate collagen synthesis. It also reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins and proinflammatory cytokines in several experimental models.
How to use
