HOW TO USE

The tablets dissolve slowly in the mouth, each tablet provides about 15 kcal. Take from 6 up to a maximum of 13 tablets according to the intensity and duration of the activity (13 tablets in case of intense and prolonged muscular and sporting effort). 9 tablets a day are a source of pantothenic acid (they provide 0.9 mg) which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism.
