Description
Food supplement of valerian, hops, scolzia, hawthorn with melatonin.
Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Valerian and escholzia promote relaxation and sleep in cases of distress.
Hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) tit. 0.8% valerinic acids, hops (Humulus Lupulus L., flower) eg; bulking agents: cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; escolzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) es tit. 0.2% protopine, hawthorn [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC., flowers and leaves] es tit. 3%vitexin, covering [coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; colourants: calcium carbonate, colourants: brilliant blue FCF (aluminium lake), cochineal; anti-caking agent: talc, stabiliser: glycerol]; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.

Instructions for use
Take 2 tablets a day with a glass of water.
