For the prevention and treatment of all wine diseases

Tannisol is a complex product with antiseptic and antioxidant action for the treatment of musts and wines. Used in wine, it prevents the most common diseases of microbiological origin such as acetic, turned and stringy cue and protects against alterations caused by oxidation (browning of color, cloudiness, loss of aromas) during decanting, transport, in hot periods and in case of storage in full containers. Used in wines that have already been clarified and filtered, it helps to keep them unaltered and brilliant. Added to the must before starting the alcoholic fermentation, it performs an antiseptic action favorable to the selection of a microflora suitable for carrying out a complete and quality fermentation.

Potassium metabisulfite, L-ascorbic acid, tannin

GENERAL FEATURES

Appearance: white-beige colored tablets with a slight odor of sulfur dioxide. Special product based on sulfur-tannic-vitamin substances present in proportional doses and obtained with a special process.

APPLICATIONS

Ideal for weak wines, with low acidity, not high alcohol content. It is also effective in preserving wines contained in unfilled barrels.

DOSES

1 tablet / hl for fi nished red wines 2 tablets / hl for unfiltered red wines and white wines in general 1 tablet / hl as a preventive generally 2 tablets / hl as a suppressive curative

METHOD OF USE

Use the whole tablet for a gradual effect, in fragments or in powder form for immediate action

COMPONENTS

Antimicrobial preservatives: potassium metabisulfite,
Antioxidant preservatives: l-ascorbic acid or vitamin C, tannin.
