How to use
In a saucepan, boil 2 liters of water and add salt. When the water is boiling, pour the pearls into the pot. When they come back to the surface (after about 2 minutes), drain them with a skimmer and then season them to taste.

Can be stored at room temperature, in a cool and dry place. Do not puncture the package. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
