Homemade Farabella® Olives Sauce - Gluten Free

The Farabella olive sauce is slightly spicy, just like a true Mediterranean recipe.

Excellent on Farabella penne rigate, it releases that typical scent of the sunny lands of the south and immediately brings us back to the laid tables of the Mediterranean tradition. The slightly spicy taste and the aroma of the capers further enhance the unique flavor of local olives.

Ingrediants

Tomato, black olives (5.3%), onion, carrot, oregano, extra virgin olive oil, capers, salt, hot pepper.

Recommendations for use

This jar is sufficient to season about 350 g of Pasta or 500 g of Farabella gnocchi; the jar is ready for use then open and pour the contents directly on the desired format.

Farabella sauces, obtained from ancient Abruzzo peasant recipes, are processed with artisanal methods to preserve the fragrance of the raw materials used. In order not to alter the flavors, our sauces do not contain preservatives or thickeners and, therefore, do not contain gluten.
