Rhubarb contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit and Licorice favors the functionality of the digestive system. The formula is completed by Fennel, which supports the elimination of intestinal gas, and Mallow for an emollient action on the digestive system.

Ingrediants

Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L. - root), Rhubarb (Rheum officinale Baill / palmatum L. - root), Mallow (Malva sylvestris L. - leaf) 20%, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.– fruit).

How to use

For an excellent herbal tea, use a filter for each cup (200 ml), add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the filter. Leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes and sweeten to taste. It is advisable to regularly take a cup of herbal tea a day, during the period of occasional slowing of intestinal transit. It is not recommended during pregnancy. Contains Licorice. Avoid excessive consumption in case of hypertension. Try it cold too, it preserves its beneficial properties.
