INGREDIENTS: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; Niacin, Vitamin B1, Tryptophan, Melatonin, Escoltzia flowering tops es (Eschscholtzia californica) tit. 0.2% in Protopin, Griffonia seeds es (Griffonia simplicifolia) tit. 20% in Hydroxytryptophan.
HOW TO USE: 1 tablet swallowed with a little water in the evening, just before going to bed.
WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat sources. The expiry date refers to the unopened product, correctly stored. Do not disperse in the environment after use.
