How to use
1. Remove the shrouds inside the holder if desired. Center the lacing in the center of the spine.
2. Wrap the bands around your waist and secure the hook in a convenient, yet comfortable position.
3. Pull the straps on both sides in an outward motion until the brace reaches a desired level of support.
4. Bring the traction straps forward and fasten them. Adjust the stand as needed.
Washing instructions:
Attach the straps before washing.
Remove the bearings.
Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water.
Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: Machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softener.
