Gel'Clear is a thickener that dissolves instantly in hot or cold preparations, liquid (water, coffee, tea, fruit juice, milk), creamy or smoothies.
Resists temperature changes.
It allows to gel the water without changing the organoleptic qualities.
Product based on xanthan gum resistant to salivary amylase: for a stability of the oral consistency and to avoid aspiration risks.
Product usable with methylene blue and barium.

How to use
Use the measuring spoon included in the jar to measure out the amount of powder needed.
Pour the powder into a container, then add the liquid and mix vigorously with a shaker, fork or whisk, until completely dissolved.
