Description
Food supplement based on tryptophan, melatonin, lemon balm and vitamin B6.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep* and alleviate the effects of jet lag**. Lemon balm contributes to relaxation and mental well-being, vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
*This effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
** This effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Purified water, fructose, L-tryptophan, lemon balm de (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) tit. 2.5% in hydroxycinnamic derivatives expressed as rosmarinic acid; preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate; flavouring, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); thickener: xanthan gum; melatonin; acidifier: citric acid.

How to use
