How to use
Take 5-10 drops.
Add 5 drops to 1 liter of milk or other sweet and liquid dairy products.Stir / shake and refrigerate for 24 hours.
After this, at least 80% of the lactose is broken down. Add more drops for a higher conversion rate.
With direct intake, take 5-10 drops per 125 ml of milk product, depending on the degree of lactose intolerance. A lactose intolerance is variable.
