How to use
1 tablet a day after lunch.

Interactions with other nutrients
Milk thistle can be associated with lipotropic factors (which prevent the accumulation of fat in the liver) such as choline, inostitol and vitamins of the B complex.
Toxicity - side effects
Milk thistle is considered a safe plant. At doses of 1500 mg / day lasilimarin can give a laxative effect due to the increased flow and excretion of bile. Cases of hypersensitivity / allergy may occur: in these cases, stop taking.
