KETAZED*COLL 1FL 10ML0,25MG/ML

What it is and what it is used for
KETAZED, is an eye drop solution that contains the active ingredient ketotifen hydrogen fumarate, an anti-allergic molecule.

KETAZED eye drops, solution is used to treat ocular symptoms of seasonal allergy.

What you need to know before taking the medicine
If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to ketotifen or any of the other ingredients (see listed in section 6).

Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using KETAZED.

Children
KETAZED should not be used in children aged from birth to 3 years.

Possible side effects
Like all medicines, KETAZED can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. The following side effects have been reported.

Common (affects less than 1 in 10 people)
• eye irritation or pain
• inflammation in the eyes

Uncommon (affects less than 1 in 100 patients)
• blurred vision when putting drops on the eye
• dry eye
• discomfort on the eyelids
• conjunctivitis
• increased sensitivity of the eyes to light
• visible bleeding of the white part of the eye
• heachache
• drowsiness
• skin rash (possible itching)
• eczema (itching, redness and rash)
• dry mouth
• allergic reaction (including swelling of the face and eyelids) and increased severity of existing allergic conditions such as asthma and eczema
