Ingrediants
• Garcinia [ Garcinia cambogia Desr. synonym Garcinia gummi-gutta (L.) Roxb. ] fruit peel dry extract [60% hydroxycitric acid (HCA) as calcium salt]: 1500 mg
• other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, talc, vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silica.

How to use
1 tablet 2 times a day, half an hour before meals.

Warnings
The product does not replace a varied diet.
It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity.
If the diet is followed for prolonged periods of more than three weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
