With Coenzyme Q10, Folic Acid, Vitamins B6 and B12 and Carnitine L Tartrate

Q200 is a fat-soluble antioxidant naturally present in the body and in the diet, but in particular situations linked to aging, chronic pathologies or drug use, the concentration of Q10 can drop below the optimal level and therefore supplementary integration is indicated. In athletes, supplementation with suitable quantities of coenzyme Q10 can improve post-training recovery and the disposal of lactic acid.

Carnitine L Tartrate

Carnitine is important for the oxidation of fats and helps to improve muscle recovery while maintaining the physiological repair mechanisms in efficiency.

Folic acid, Vitamins B6 and B12

They are useful for the correct metabolism and for the reduction of homocysteine, an amino acid that if it reaches too high concentrations can represent a risk factor for the health of the cardiovascular system.
