Green Bancha : Japanese green tea in leaves, from the "Camellia Japonica" plant.

Bancha is the most drunk green tea in Japan and also very popular in the West. Rich in minerals, high in antioxidants, it is low in theine compared to other green teas. With a delicate and slightly herbaceous taste, it is suitable for any time of day. It has a high ability to activate the metabolism of the liver with highly purifying effects.

Thanks to the lower quantity of theine, Bancha tea can also be drunk at lunch instead of water. Perfect for those on a diet or for those who intend to take a cure to purify the liver and body.

Contraindications : There is no known contraindication in the use of this variety of tea, other than the same ones that can be associated with traditional tea and classic green tea, such as problems related to anticoagulant drugs.

Preparation : Boil 3 cups of water and wait 1 minute before adding a teaspoon of Bancha green tea. To further enhance the taste, leave to infuse for 2 or 3 minutes.
