Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age:
Take 1 teaspoon (4 g) of product before bedtime, followed by a full glass of water. Swallow without chewing.
Warnings
Do not use the product if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting. Avoid interactions with other medicines within two hours of taking them, as their effect could be reduced. Excessive or prolonged use could lead to dependence of intestinal functions. Do not take any type of laxative for more than a week without first consulting a doctor.
