Description
Food supplement based on potassium and magnesium citrate.
It is of particular help in subjects subjected to intense fluid loss, such as heavy sweating, diuresis or diarrhea, or in patients treated with drugs such as diuretics, laxatives or cortisone.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking two sachets a day, unless otherwise medically indicated.
LITHOS ENVELOPES should preferably be taken on a full stomach, taking the sachet dissolved in a glass of water.
For different indications (prevention of kidney stones) follow the medical prescription.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
LITHOS BUSTE is contraindicated in patients suffering from hyperkalemia or hypermagnesemia, or from conditions that may predispose to the appearance of such plasma alterations. These conditions include chronic renal failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
The simultaneous intake of LITHOS BUSTE and potassium-sparing drugs (triamterene, spironolactone, amiloride) could cause hyperkalemia. It is therefore advisable to monitor the progress of kalaemia.
There are no known interactions with other drugs.
Rarely, during treatment, mild gastrointestinal disorders may develop such as: abdominal heaviness, nausea and occasionally diarrhea. The tablet package may be particularly suitable for these subjects.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and localized heat sources, away from sunlight and avoid contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging.
