Ingredients: eg of: Shu Di Huang [ Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaertn.) Libosch.] Root, Shan Zhu Yu ( Cornus officinalis Sieb. & Zucc.) Fruit, Shan Yao ( Dioscorea opposita Thum.) Rhizome, Mu Dan Pi ( Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews) root, Fu Ling ( Poria cocos FAWolf.) Sclerotium, Ze Xie ( Alisma plantago aquatica L.) rhizome; Thickeners: starch (from potato), cellulose; Emulsifier: carboxymethylcellulose; Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, Magnesium salts of fatty acids (stearic).

Content of plant ingredients per daily dose: Shu Di Huang 480 mg, Shan Zhu Yu 240 mg, Shan Yao 240 mg, Mu Dan Pi 180 mg, Fu Ling 180 mg, Ze Xie 180 mg.

Physiological effect: Shan Yao and Ze Xie favorably affect joint function.
