Serenoa [Serenoa repens (W. Bartram) Small, maltodextrin] fruits, nettle (Urticadioica L., maltodextrin) root, lycopene (from Solanum lycopersicum L.), chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L., maltodextrin) fruits, green tea [Camellia sinensis(L.) Kuntze] leaves e.g., phytosterols from Pinus pinaster, zinc sulphate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; (for the capsule) tapioca gelatin naturally fermented in pullulan.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 2 capsules a day swallowed with water or drink, preferably in the evening or morning.
