Novalac AD Menarini - Food for Special Medical Purposes 0-36 Months
Novalac AD is a food for special medical purposes indicated in case of diarrhea. Novalac AD can be used as the sole source of nutrition in infants from 0 to 6 months, during and after cases of diarrhea, and as part of a weaning diet in infants over 6 months.
Novalac AD should be used under the indication and supervision of the physician only in cases of infants presenting symptoms of diarrhea.
Novalac AD is lactose-free. The mineral content has been adapted, in particular, with regard to sodium and potassium. Novalac AD proteins come from casein and cream of rice.
In case of diarrhea, stop using the milk you usually use. Only use Novalac AD for a few days for the preparation of milk and gluten-free baby bottles and cereals. Afterwards, the usual milk can be gradually reintroduced under medical supervision. This power supply diagram is purely indicative.
FOOD PROGRAM
The table is indicative, the number of meals and the dosage should be adapted according to the needs and appetite of infants on the advice of the pediatrician. The reconstitution of Novalac AD is 13%: 1 level and unpressed measure (4.3 g) for every 30 ml of water.
