Mepilex® Heel is a molded foam dressing designed for heel wound management. Mepilex Heel minimizes pain and damage to the wound or skin during dressing changes. The high absorption capacity of Mepilex® Heel allows you to manage wound exudate effectively; at the same time its conformability allows it to adapt easily and comfortably to the heel.

Safetac® is the original adhesive silicone contact layer that minimizes pain. We designed it to gently adapt to the skin without sticking to the moist wound so it can be removed easily without damaging the skin. This means less pain for your patients. Safetac also protects the new tissue and intact skin, without disturbing the wound and accelerating its natural healing. It also seals the edges of the wound to protect the skin from leaking exudate and maceration.
